The application allows the use of Invoicing, Independent Accounting, or ING Accounting Office. It enables you to issue and send an invoice to a contractor from anywhere. ING Office also allows registration for clients who do not have an account with ING Bank.

Important information:

  • If you already have an account in Invoicing or Independent Accounting, download the application and log in for the first time using your login.
  • If you do not have an account in Invoicing or Independent Accounting, register for free.
  • If you are a client of the ING Accounting Office, log in to the system to learn your PIN and download the ING Office application.
  • If you are not a client of the ING Accounting Office, familiarize yourself with the offer.

Invoicing and Independent Accounting are dedicated to sole proprietors and companies. The accounting office at ING provides full payroll and HR services and is tailored for companies settling their accounts using full accounting books.

  • No more document transcribing - When a client hands you an invoice, simply take a picture of it. ING Office can read its content and prepare transfer data. You can also add invoices in .pdf, .jpg, and .png files.
  • Your document repository - Say goodbye to tedious invoice searches. The user-friendly document base will allow you to quickly locate the right invoice.
  • Contractors and products in one place - Provide the contractor's tax identification number, and ING Office will check their details in the official database and fill in all essential information. You can add your product base from a file or issue invoices straight away; the system will automatically include them from the document.
  • Legal compliance - A team of qualified accountants ensures full compliance of invoices issued in ING Office with regulations.
  • Guaranteed security - Thanks to high-level security measures, your data is always safe.

Clients of the ING Accounting Office can use the ING Office app to transfer sales invoices, cost documents, and HR documents to the ING Online Accounting app – directly into the hands of your accountant and/or HR personnel. With proper security measures (encryption protocol, certified connection between apps, and login via dedicated PIN code), your company's data will always be secure.
